Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Warehouse Lead Surabaya Terbaru1. Follow the company's strategic development plan, formulate and implement KPI targets for the warehouse department.
2. Develop and implement warehouse operational procedures and material management standards, driving WH team to control materials in an correct transcation.
3. Responsible for the overall warehouse department, including organization set-up, manpower & shift assignment, daily operations management, material inflow and outflow, expiration material management, storage & bin location planning, and continuous warehouse improvement.
4. Overall responsibility for warehouse safety, including the store and management of conventional materials, hazardous materials, and special storage conditions required.
5. Responsible for the stock opname, handling of waste and obsolete materials scrap process, following bonded factory and customs procedures. Ensure consistency between accounts and actuals, ensuring compliance with business regulations.
6. Responsible for external coordinating that WH related (e.g., customers, forwarders, customs, etc.), ensuring timely and efficient inbound and outbound shipments.
7. Ad hoc tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements:
1. College degree or above, 5 or more years of relevant experience, 3 years in management position, experience in a large foreign-owned enterprise; experience in warehouse layout setup or bonded factory operations is preferred.
2. Proficiency in office software such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, WMS, and MES.
3. English is acceptable as a working language; experience in the tobacco or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry is preferred.
