Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Visa Liaison Officer Denpasar TerbaruKey Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients to gather necessary documentation and information for visa applications.
- Provide guidance on visa requirements, application procedures, and processing times.
- Review and verify all visa application documents to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Prepare and submit visa applications to the appropriate government agencies or consulates.
- Track the status of applications and provide regular updates to clients.
- Coordinate with relevant authorities to resolve any issues related to visa applications.
- Stay informed about changes in immigration laws and regulations.
- Ensure that all visa applications comply with current legal requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of visa applications, approvals, and denials.
- Generate reports as needed to track application status and success rates.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns.
- Offer support and guidance throughout the visa application process.
- Handle any issues or challenges that may arise during the visa application process.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to find solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., International Relations, Law, or a related discipline).
- Proven experience as a Visa Specialist or in a similar role (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- In-depth knowledge of visa regulations and immigration processes.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with visa application software and systems is a plus.
