Provide day-to-day administrative support for Operation Team
Key Tasks
- Under close guidance and supervision, provide administrative support on processes and activities for freight forwarding operation.
- Perform generally repetitive routine activity such as shipment document arrangement.
- Manage communication with internal stakeholder as required
Skills & Requirement
- Ms Office Suite specially Excel, Power Point and Outlook
- Well versed of written & verbal English
- Good time management and self-discipline
- Good communication skill
- Basic understanding of logistic industry
Qualifications & Key Requirements
Education Level - Fresh graduate from any major with no professional experience.
Experience Level -Campus organizational experience, internship experience will be additional value
Internship Period - Ready to commit for 6-12 months internship period
