PT. Sinotrans CSC Indonesia is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Head of Project Department to join our dynamic team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in the fast-paced logistics industry and contribute to project logistics operations.Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the department head in managing responsibilities and daily operations of the Project Logistics Department.
- Support the preparation of budgets, survey plans, and break bulk material delivery plans.
- Handle and prepare essential shipment documents, including packing lists, bills of lading, invoices, and PIB drafts.
- Facilitate communication between service providers and PT. Sinotrans CSC Indonesia.
- Coordinate with operations and logistics teams at key locations in collaboration with the Project Manager.
- Maintain strong communication links across various locations.
- Collaborate with service providers to organize cargo transportation.
- Support team members during peak operational periods.
- Ensure compliance with Customs and shipping regulations.
- Work with team members across locations to achieve project objectives.
- Motivate and drive team performance in a collaborative setting.
Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an assistant role within logistics.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in drafting PIB and master list documentation.
- Strong prioritization and organizational skills.
- Experience in ocean and air freight is preferred.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel for business as required.
