About the Role:
PT. Sinotrans CSC Indonesia is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Head of Project Department to join our dynamic team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in the fast-paced logistics industry and contribute to project logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the department head in managing responsibilities and daily operations of the Project Logistics Department.
  • Support the preparation of budgets, survey plans, and break bulk material delivery plans.
  • Handle and prepare essential shipment documents, including packing lists, bills of lading, invoices, and PIB drafts.
  • Facilitate communication between service providers and PT. Sinotrans CSC Indonesia.
  • Coordinate with operations and logistics teams at key locations in collaboration with the Project Manager.
  • Maintain strong communication links across various locations.
  • Collaborate with service providers to organize cargo transportation.
  • Support team members during peak operational periods.
  • Ensure compliance with Customs and shipping regulations.
  • Work with team members across locations to achieve project objectives.
  • Motivate and drive team performance in a collaborative setting.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an assistant role within logistics.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in drafting PIB and master list documentation.
  • Strong prioritization and organizational skills.
  • Experience in ocean and air freight is preferred.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
  • Willingness to travel for business as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Experience:
