Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Chief Accounting Lombok TerbaruWe are seeking a highly experienced and accomplished Chief Accountant to oversee all aspects of financial management and accounting operations within our organization. The Chief Accountant will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of our financial reporting and will provide strategic guidance to senior management on matters related to financial planning and analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and other financial reports to provide timely and accurate information to senior management.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions.
- Lead the annual audit process and coordinate with external auditors to ensure compliance with auditing standards and regulatory requirements.
- Evaluate and optimize financial systems and processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
- Provide strategic financial guidance and recommendations to senior management on business initiatives, investment opportunities, and risk management strategies.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in accounting and finance to ensure the organization remains proactive and compliant.
- Serves as part of the management team making and implementing receivership and subsidiary accounting policy. Responsible for the development and coordination of program, policies, and procedures within their area of responsibility related to all phases of receivership accounting.
- Provides supervision, leadership and guidance to assigned staff on policy, procedure, laws, regulations and other matters relating to the technical and administrative aspects of subordinate staff’s work. Performs technical, administrative, or special assignments and duties as may be required to carry out the Division’s responsibilities.
- Ensures all financial operations, processes, and systems are effectively managed, documented and controlled. Responsible for maintaining a system of internal controls to ensure the integrity of data contained in the financial information and processing systems.
- Continually monitors and evaluates the program with a view toward strengthening operation efficiencies and ensuring adequate controls of complex financial programs.
- Prepares oral and written presentations to senior management officials of the Corporation, as well as officials of other agencies, concerning negotiated transactions and resolution activities and initiatives.
- Exercises supervisory personnel management authority and performs the full range of performance management duties including planning, assigning, and reviewing work products of subordinates; establishing guidelines and performance expectations; and, evaluating work performance and providing feedback to others on their performance.
- Identifies training and developmental needs for staff and provides regular recognition of staff. Works in collaboration with the appropriate Human Resources and Legal staff.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in a senior financial management role, with significant experience in the hospitality industry or a related field.
- Thorough understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving departmental and organizational goals.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively. collaborate with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
