Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Internal Accountant Bandung TerbaruAbout the Job:
This role is to maintain SalesPond’s records of financial transactions, including but not limited to purchases, sales, invoices, receipts and payments by establishing accounts; posting transactions; and ensuring legal requirements compliance.
Ideally, this role is for someone who has confidentiality, excellent organisational skills and great attention to details as well as the ability to communicate clearly. The ideal candidate for this position is a skilled multi-tasker who is reliable, able to work under pressure, punctual and committed to consistently meeting deadlines.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Records day to day financial transactions and completes the posting process
- Verifies that transactions are recorded in the correct day book
- Checks and verifies source documents such as invoices, receipts, computer printouts
- Reconciles and balances all accounts
- Prepares and processes payroll
- Assists with budget preparation
- Brings the books to the trial balance stage
- Completes necessary tax forms for Australia when needed
- Enters data, maintains records and financial statements
- Processes accounts receivable/payable in a timely manner
- Maintains good communication with Clients A/P
- Maintains historical records by filing documents.
- Prepares financial reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising account information.
Must-Haves:
- 2–3 years of solid work experience as a Bookkeeper
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required, a Master’s degree or CPA is preferred
- Experience or knowledge in Financial Controlling or Management Accounting is preferred
- Proficient in Xero accounting software
- Strong skills in data management and financial data analysis
- Good understanding of Australian taxation
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively with Directors at the HQ in Australia
