Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Personal Assistant CFO Semarang TerbaruJob Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Secretary/Business Administration & Management or any related
2. Have minimum 1 yeas of work experience as Secretary – in Corporate would be preferable
3. Have good communication and interpersonal skills
4. Required Competencies : Secretarial, Document Management and Office Administration
6. Ready to work long hours (according to the CFO's schedule)
7. Can Driving car excellent is a must
8. Can join ASAP
9. Placement at Semarang
Job Descriptions:
1. Organizing, preparing, and coordinating schedules for meetings and activities of Board of CFO.
2. Planning travel schedules and preparing facilities/resources for Board of Director activities.
3. Maintaining confidentiality of documentation and information related to all activities.
4. Managing company letters, documents, and invoices according to applicable procedures requiring Board of CFO approval, ensuring that all letters/documents are up-to-date.
5. Managing the storage of Board of Director meeting minutes for easy retrieval by superiors and ensuring that the minutes are up-to-date.
6. Drafting letters, memos, and minutes related to the Board of CFO addressed to internal and external parties, to ensure information is understood by all relevant parties.
7. Managing Petty Cash to support the needs of Board of CFO activities and preparing accurate and periodic reports for superiors.
