The Role:The Senior Graphic Designer must assume responsibility for the creative output of Intrepid Indonesia, maintaining standards for all communications and the Intrepid brand integrity through effective management of our design team.
Your Responsibilities will include:
- Conceptualize, design, and animate high-quality motion graphics for promotional videos, social media content, and digital advertisements, while adhering to brand standards.
- Develop and maintain the brand's visual identity across various platforms, ensuring consistency and uniformity.
- Generate and implement good creative assets that drive customer engagement, plus collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate creative strategies.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering results within deadlines and meeting client expectations.
- Strong branding concept and proficiency in using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects.
- Utilizing AI (Artificial Intelligence) in video creation is a plus.

- Have experience producing animation banners (motion graphics, gif)

- Aware of updated design trends with good problem-solving skills
- Comfort with high numbers of banner production
- Strong logical thinking

- Have an agile attitude
