HR Staff Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Psychology or HR Management.
- Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in training & development, recruitment & selection and/or performance management.
- Have strong analytical ability, high attention to details and good administrative skills.
- Excellent organizational, administration and time management skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
Main Job Description:
- Managing human resources activities; including but not limited to learning & development, research and performance management.
- Assist, coordinate and collaborate with other departments and/or subsidiaries (related to human resource activities).
- Managing HR administrative works.
