Solve Education! is hiring a Data Analyst who can operate at a high standard in a demanding, fast-moving, and execution-focused environment. This role requires more than technical skill — it calls for precision, discipline, and the ability to deliver under pressure.
You’ll be responsible for transforming data into actionable insights that power our global impact. From building dashboards to analyzing trends, you will handle the full cycle of data analysis: collection, validation, visualization, and reporting. All with minimal supervision and tight timelines. This is a position for someone who is ready to lead by doing, not waiting for direction.

Responsibilities
Data Collection & Management
- Gather, clean, and validate data from multiple sources.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of datasets.
- Support the creation of well-structured databases and reporting systems.
Analysis & Insights
- Analyze data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Translate business requirements into analytical models and visualizations.
- Provide clear, actionable insights to guide decision-making.
Performance & Reporting
- Build dashboards and reports that are intuitive and impact-driven.
- Monitor KPIs and metrics to track organizational performance.
- Communicate findings effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Data Quality & Governance
- Apply best practices in data validation, documentation, and compliance.
- Maintain high standards of data integrity across platforms.
AI-Enhanced Workflows
- Use AI-powered tools (e.g., ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, cloud-native AI services) to speed up data analysis, documentation, and reporting.
- Continuously explore and adopt new technologies to streamline workflows.
Collaboration
- Work closely with program teams, engineers, and leadership to enable data-driven decisions.
- Provide analytical support for strategic initiatives and program evaluations.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related roles.
- Strong command of SQL and experience with relational databases.
- Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis.
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Data Studio).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Tech-savvy, with openness to learning and applying AI tools in daily workflows.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and under pressure.
- High attention to detail, accountability, and problem-solving skills.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience with statistical modeling or predictive analytics.
- Knowledge of big data tools (Spark, Hadoop) or data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift).
- Exposure to A/B testing, experimental design, or MLOps.
- Proven use of AI tools (e.g., Copilot, LLM-based assistants, automation frameworks) to accelerate analytical tasks.
- Experience working in mission-driven or non-profit organizations.
