What's your mission?
The primary function of a Perfumer is to provide creative and technical expertise for creating and developing fragrances for cross category in order to deliver fragrances that meet the client’s needs.
️Here’s what you’ll be rocking every day
- Lead creative development of Fragrances
- Technical support to the Sales and Marketing Team on meeting key customers
- Creation of winning Fragrances
- R&D project support
- Fragrances Evaluation
What you need to shine in this role
- Professional Qualification in Chemistry or a related discipline.
- At least 5-8 years of working experience in a similar position in the Fragrance Industry, preferrable in Asia markets.
- Exceptional Olfactory evaluation ability
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and confidence in handling new tasks
- Work experience in a fast paced fragrance product development environment
- Proven track records of Fragrance wins in SEA
- Proficient in English and Indonesian
