Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Transport Crew Medan TerbaruACCOUNTS & TAX
1. Manage the daily transaction.
2. Conduct verifications for invoice payment and tax review for reporting purposes.
3. Approval and payment requests should be made to Headquarters.
4. Analyzing the key in the transaction to the accounting system accurately.
5. Manage for bank reconciliation.
6. Perform Tax calculations and transactions based on the invoice.
7. Responsible for the issue to the Tax Department.
8. Responsible for reporting financial statements - Internal reporting
9. Responsible for Tax reporting (Monthly/Annual reporting).
HUMAN RESOURCES
1. Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection are done in accordance with employment laws and regulations.
2. Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process.
3. Responsible and liaison with Headquarters for any employee issues.
4. Manage payroll submission to HQ.
5. Responsible for staff welfare and staff benefits for the staff.
Responsible for any assigned job by immediate superior.
ADMIN
1. To support any administration tasks if necessary.
2. To prepare any report if necessary.
3. To assist and handle the legal documents by the Company.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting/Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Have experience in 3 to 6 years in a related field.
3. Good interpersonal skills.
4. Computer literal (Microsoft Word & Excel).
