Lingua Learn is a virtual, online training school operating globally with over 40 franchise hubs spread across six continents. Providing courses in more than 35 languages, Lingua Learn serves both public and corporate clients. As the demand for online language learning grows due to the increase in remote working, the organisation has seized this opportunity by supporting franchise agreements in high-growth regions. Lingua Learn supports its franchise partners with full training and resources to run virtual language schools effectively in their respective countries.
Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an IT Support. The IT Support will oversee and manage the organisation's IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal functionality and security. Responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, managing network and system performance, supporting software and hardware installations. The role also involves ensuring compliance with data protection standards and implementing technology solutions aligned with the company's objectives.
Qualifications Required
- Strong technical skills in network management, system administration, and hardware/software troubleshooting.
- Proficient in team supervision, project management, and training employees on IT best practices.
- Knowledge of data protection, cybersecurity, and IT compliance standards.
- Problem-solving abilities and experience in implementing technological solutions.
- Strong communication and organisational skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a virtual environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience with educational or training platforms is an advantage.
