Requirements
What you bring:
- Relevant qualification or experience in customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Consistency and strong attention in details and organizational skills
- Proficiency in hotel management software
- Possesses customer service skills
- Having professional appearance and etiquette
- Willingness to learn and develop
- Indonesian citizen only
