- Lead the development of scalable backend services using modern technologies and architecture.
- Guide and mentor team members in day-to-day development tasks and best practices.
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Front-End, DevOps, and QA.
- Ensure smooth implementation of CI/CD, DevSecOps, and messaging mechanisms.
- Drive the adoption of microservices architecture and ensure robust system performance.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3–5 years of proven experience as a Lead Developer in backend engineering.
- Strong leadership, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and align team direction.
- Experienced in Agile methodologies and team management.
- Preferably familiar with the insurance domain or other regulated industries.
- Hands-on experience with microservices, messaging systems, CI/CD pipelines, DevSecOps, and AWS tools (SES, S3).
- Strong technical knowledge in Java, Spring Boot, and experience with React Native, Angular, or React JS.
- Familiarity with Quarkus framework is a plus.
- Passionate about tech and always keeping up with the latest IT trends.
- Willing to work on-site (WFO).
