HR Supervisor
Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR Management or Economics.
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in manpower planning & recruitment, learning & development and performance management areas.
  • Have professional work experience related to corporate university and/or corporate training centre management.
  • Have strong analytical ability and high attention to details.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written.

Main Job Description:

  • Human resource planning and its activities.
  • Assist and facilitate in learning centre development plan.
  • Assist, coordinate and collaborate with other departments and/or subsidiaries and/or affiliates (related to human resource activities).
  • Managing HR administrative works.
