Department Operations LevelEntry Level LocationIndonesia - JakartaThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
Job Description: Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
- Monitoring proses inbound dan outbound hingga diproses ke Line Haul.
- Monitoring proses sortation dan memastikan proses berjalan sesuai dengan SOP.
- Melakukan Manpower Planning menyesuaikan dengan volume yang ada.
- Monitoring produktivitas dan kapasitas team serta alat kerja yang digunakan.
- Menerapkan 5S (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain).
Requirements: Persyaratan :
- Memiliki ijazah SMA/SMK, Diploma atau Sarjana di bidang apapun.
- Memiliki 1-2 tahun pengalaman sebagai Koordinator / Supervisor dalam Logistik/Supply Chain atau sejenis, terutama di bidang Warehouse / Expedition / Logistic / 3PL.
- Memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan dan komunikasi yang baik.
- Mahir dalam menggunakan Microsoft Office.
- Bersedia untuk bekerja dalam Shifting.
- Domisili dan bersedia ditempatkan di Kota Padang.
