Qualifications
- Degree: Bachelor’s in Hospitality, Business, or related; property management certification preferred.
- Skills: Growth mindset, AI proficiency, problem-solving, MEP knowledge.
- Adaptability: Detail-oriented, works well under pressure, fluent in English.
- Leadership: Strong communication and team management experience
- Location: Preferably based in Bali or willing to relocate.

- Performance Monitoring: Experienced in monitoring property performance metrics to inform maintenance schedules and operational decisions.

- Data Management: Competent in maintaining accurate records and databases for property management, including performance, maintenance schedules, and guest feedback.
