Key Responsibility:
- Lead with Confidence: Manage client relationships end-to-end – from handling requests and leading meetings to delivering clear, professional communications and reports – all in English.
- Drive Digital Success: Oversee SEO, social media, and paid advertising (PPC) projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are met with precision.
- Create and Collaborate: Write design briefs, coordinate with our internal team, and report directly to the Director to keep projects on track and clients thrilled.
- Stay Ahead: Keep your finger on the pulse of the latest digital marketing trends and bring fresh, actionable ideas to the table.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English: You must excel in both spoken and written English – essential for engaging with our overseas clients (outside Indonesia).
- Experienced and Client-Savvy: Minimum of 1 years of face-to-face client management experience, with a proven ability to build trust and deliver results.
- Digital Marketing Expertise: Good understanding of SEO and social media project management; experience with paid advertising (PPC) is a significant advantage.
- Detail-Oriented and Proactive: Exceptional attention to detail in managing projects, timelines, and deliverables, paired with the initiative to act without constant direction.
- Communication and Leadership: Excellent communication skills to coordinate teams, manage clients, and report to leadership, always prioritising the best interests of the business and clients.
