Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja HR Admin Denpasar TerbaruJob Description:
- Prepare attendance reports (Attendance Record).
- Record and report the following:
a. Employee leave usage and remaining leave each month.
b. Employee time off (for employees not entitled to leave).
c. Employee absenteeism due to illness.
- Address and handle employee complaints and issues.
- File incoming and rejected job application letters.
- Update employee biodata.
- Input employee overtime reports.
- Monitor employee participation in BPJS Employment (Indonesian Social Security for Employment).
- Update employee contract extensions.
- Prepare payroll at the end of each month.
- Perform other tasks as needed and directed by the supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR preferably in the retail or garment industry.
- Detail-oriented and capable of handling sensitive and confidential information
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong administration skill.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
