Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Staff Specialist Resource Planning Batam Terbaru

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for fostering business growth through data-driven decision-making? Do you have a knack for collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize capacity planning and potential investment ? We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Demand, Capacity Planning and Investment Optimization expert to join Operation, Planning and Controlling team. In this critical role, you'll work closely with Business Division Demand Planners, Capacity/Resource Planners, and the OPC Strategic team to drive investment optimization, secure capacity, and ensure demand commitment. You'll be responsible for monitoring and supporting quarterly volume rolling forecast planning, and collaborating with the OPC capex team to drive top-down capex directions.

In your new role you will:

  • Convert volume forecasts into production capacity demand of equipment, tooling, manpower and production area, simultaneously pulling support from operations and finance team with site efficiency improvements, and product ratio programs to ensure cost competitiveness
  • Be the main interface on resource planning for key company-wide strategic projects e.g. capacity planning digitalization and automation, factory capacity expansion through equipment purchase or transfer from another site, and new product's production ramp up
  • Responsible to ensure planning processes throughout planning cycles (short, mid & long term) are managed and launched, taking leading role to define plans, integrating & pull in support of other functions
  • Interface for resource planning topics between internal and external partners, and Business Division
  • Identify opportunities to foster cost optimization based on knowledge, and understanding the basic behind business case calculation and able to make proposal on capacity optimization.


You are best equipped for this task if you have:
  • Bachelor degree in Engineering discipline or equivalent, preferred with minimum of 5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing industry, in particular experience in Resource Planning, Operations Planning or Industrial Engineering with minimum 3–4 years of technical experience in Back End Assembly/Test (Product/Process/Equipment)
  • In depth analytical and problem solving skills to develop action and solution, ability to anticipate issues or complex situation/, and resolving them effectively
  • Fundamental Project Management skills and ability in managing project
  • Understand technical and cost interrelations/correlations
  • Good proficiency in English
  • Good team player with good interpersonal, and communication skills.
