Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Supervisor Agency Training Makassar TerbaruPT FWD Insurance Indonesia (“FWD Insurance”), a joint-venture insurance company and a part of FWD Group, previously known as PT Commonwealth Life, has successfully merged with PT FWD Life Indonesia (“FWD Life”) as of 1 December 2020 and will be known as FWD Insurance. The merger of FWD Life and FWD Insurance has led to a more comprehensive range of products, including unit-linked insurance, individual & group term life insurance, individual & group personal accident insurance, and group medical insurance through technology driven-distributions such as agency, bancassurance, e-commerce, and corporate. FWD Insurance is registered and supervised under Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (“OJK”). FWD Insurance is a member of Indonesia Financial Services Alternative Dispute Resolution Center. Planning, organizing, executing & implementing a comprehensive Training Program for Agents, including their 90-day Activation Program & Technical Skill Mastery
Prepare and submit their training activities reports as required & do the action plans needed, contribute, and do some improvements for themselves, COE and company
- Coordinate with RDs, RSDs and selected leaders, prepare the monthly training schedules, track & monitor the attendance, conduct & ensure the high-quality execution, evaluate and give feedbacks for improvement.
- Ensure new agents attend mandatory training including the follow up training & ensure their activation in their 1-st 90 day
- Liaise with RDs, RSDs and selected leaders to conduct meetings in order to align the training activities with Agency activities & execute the action plans
- Continuously reinforce & monitor agents and leaders to utilize all digital apps provided by company
