We are hiring: Recruitment Intern
Placement : Jakarta (District 8 - SCBD)
What you will do:
- Research and source for best-fit candidates
- Understand end-to-end recruitment process and job requirements
- Post ads in job portals and social media.
- Assist in talent/market mapping
- Research of potential candidate.
- Source and screen for candidates, sit-in for phone interviews and join senior consultants for face to face/ video interviews.
- Prepare profiles for shortlisted candidates
- Any administrative duties as assigned by your Immediate Supervisor
What we need:
- Min Bachelor Degree, Fresh Graduates / Semester 6-8 are open to apply
- 3 - 6 months internship
- Required full time : Mon - Fri (on site)
- Good Communication
- Willing to learn and improve
- Target and result oriented
- Fluent in English
