Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Personal Assistant Badung TerbaruWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will act as the right hand to management, ensuring smooth daily operations, effective communication, and efficient task coordination.
Responsibilities
- Manage executives’ calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Handle correspondence (emails, calls, messages) on behalf of management.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and necessary documentation.
- Maintain filing systems, records, and confidential documents.
- Assist in project coordination and follow up on pending tasks.
- Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders professionally.
- Organize events, meetings, and business trips.
- Perform personal tasks as needed (errands, reservations, etc.).
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience as a PA, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication in English & Bahasa Indonesia (verbal and written).
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital collaboration tools.
- Discreet, trustworthy, and able to handle sensitive information.
- Flexible, proactive, and solution-oriented personality.
