Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Human Resource Internship Bandung TerbaruDark Hydra Studio is a game development company based in Bandung, Indonesia. We run a game innovator program and are committed to fostering creativity and teamwork in the game industry. We continuously push boundaries to create exceptional gaming experiences.
Recruitment Support: assist in recruitment process including full life cycle recruitment and job advertisement
Onboarding and Offboarding Assistance: support both processes from documentation to ensuring smooth transition for the employees.
HR Administration: assist the various administrative tasks, including employee records, updating HR databases, and assisting the development of training materials.
Learning and Development: support training initiatives, assisting in the development of training materials.
Compliance Assistance: assist in ensuring HR compliance such as policies and procedures, including employment laws, contract and procedures.
Currently pursuing Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology or related field
Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good knowledge in HR principles
Attention to detail with good analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attitude of team player and proactively collaborate in all HR projects.
Familiar with HR management tools
Must be proficient in English both verbal and written
