Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja FP A Senior Executive Batam TerbaruThis position is for PaxOcean Group a Shipyard Company based in Batam, a company under Kuok Group Singapore.
- Analyse the trends of key performance indicators (KPIs), especially relating to financial metrics such
- as revenue, expenses, and profit margin.
- Monitor KPIs and identify the cause of any unexpected variances.
- Develop and continually improve budgeting, financial projections, and operating forecasts.
- Present the monthly financial reports of various business segment and departments.
- Support the management team and department leaders with data-driven analysis.
- Develop financial models and analyse them to support strategic initiatives.
- Implement a business intelligence tool and dashboard reports.
- Review finance peer's work for completeness and compliance with accounting standard.
- Assist annual statutory audit, inventory count & liaise with external auditors on all audit matters.
- Assist in tax audit, CITR review, document collection for audit, etc.
- Assist in review of the finance standard operating procedure, internal accounting policy and internal control processes.
- Ad-hoc business performance reporting.
- 5+ years of experience and have general knowledge of accounting/financial/operational principles.
- Proficient in English both written and spoken.
- Strong Excel skills + SAP skills.
- Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with various management levels.
- High level of commitment to quality work product and organizational ethics, integrity, and compliance.
- Comfortable navigating through grey areas without clear solutions.
- Superior attention to detail and ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities while
- maintaining a view of the big picture.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Self-starter with good time management skills when urgent deadlines need to be met.
