Responsibilities
- More than 3 years of equipment debugging and management experience (automatic screw machine, smart placement machine, material lift, dispensing machine, etc.)
- More than 2 years of large-scale automated line equipment debugging experience
- Understand mechanical and design principles, and have debugging experience in robot vision alignment machines.
- Strong sense of responsibility, team spirit, strong execution, good communication and coordination skills, good professional ethics and good personality
- Those with experience in debugging automated equipment in the 3C industry are preferred. Those with experience in producing TWS series headphones are preferred.
- Uphold the company’s core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork.
- Demonstrate behaviour consistent with the company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct.
- It is the responsibility of every employee to report to their manager or a member of senior management any quality problems or defects for corrective action to be implemented and to avoid recurrence of the problem.
- Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.
Qualifications
- Min. Diploma/Bachelor Degree
- Experience min. 3 years
- English: Oral and Written
- Mandarin : Oral
- Indonesia : Oral and Written
