Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Sales Manager Labuan Bajo TerbaruOverview:
The Finance Assistant will support program provincial team in the implementation of Jhpiego finance activities for Momentum and RISE project in Indonesia, funded by Department of State (DoS). She/he will manage the implementation of finance in West Java/East Java/NTT and ensure that the financial systems are maintained in an accurate and timely manner.
Responsibilities:Required Qualifications:
- Implement Jhpiego financial policies and procedures and adhere to donor rules and regulations
- Assist program team in advance reconciliation and review the completeness of documents before submitting to Jakarta office
- Review vendor invoices and responsible in completing the supporting documents for payment process, including the payment checklist
- Assist the program team in processing the staff reimbursement: local transport, travel expense report and monthly phone reimbursement
- Responsible in processing the payment for office operational, such as office electricity, water, etc.
- In coordination with Program Coordinator and Program Assistant, assist program team in implementing the activities, such as distribute the payment for participants, etc.
- Coordinate with F&A Director and other finance and admin team in Jakarta office for the implementation of operational in the provincial office
- Conduct vendor visit in province/district
- Others as requested by supervisor
- Diploma degree in finance, accounting or other related fields
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience handling project finance and administration
- Familiarity in accounting software, preferably QuickBooks
- Proficiency in computer skills, including demonstrated competency in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams, fostering open communication and mutual support.
- Demonstrated commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding the highest standards of professionalism in all interactions.
- Skilled in performing under pressure, with a strong track record of managing competing priorities and meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.
