Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja HR Operations Staff Bangka Belitung Terbaru

Job Description

• 
  Responsible for operational aspects of the Hospital's human resources department in accordance with established Group HR standards, policies, procedures and regulations and applicable accreditation requirements.
• Support recruiting backend and administrative support such as scheduling interviews, background checks, bid documentation, contracting and onboarding processes.
• Prepare monthly payroll reconciliation and summary reports and ensure that all payroll data is processed in a timely and accurate manner before sending reports to the Head Office HR team as well as the Hospital Finance team.
• Work closely with the Head of HR to plan and execute staff engagement ideas/activities throughout the hospital (e.g., bonding events, themed office days, etc.)

Qualifications

• 
  Bachelor Degree from any related major (preferably in psychology/ human resource management/ law)
• Have minimum 1-2 years work experience in the same position.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, maintain accurate records, and coordinate various HR activities
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation, reporting, and analysis.
• Understanding of HR best practices and principles, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
