Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Accounting Admin Badung TerbaruWe are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting Admin to join our team at The Cakap Group. This role will support the accounting team in daily financial and administrative activities, ensuring all documents and transactions are properly recorded and well organized
Accounting Administration Responsibilities:
- Collect, record, and file financial documents, ensuring completeness and accuracy before submitting them to the accounting department
- Input daily transactions and ensure all entries are recorded accurately in accordance with the accounting period
- Assist in reconciling cash and bank records with bank statements
- Prepare payment documents such as vouchers, transfer slips, and other supporting materials
- Assist with the invoicing process and monitor client payment status
- Provide administrative support for tax reporting purposes
- Coordinate with the purchasing and operations teams regarding financial transactions
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- At least 1 year of experience in financial administration or accounting
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Intermediate level of English proficiency (both spoken and written)
- Detail-oriented, honest, and has good communication skills
- Able to work collaboratively and manage time effectively
