Position: Administrative Assistant
(Location: Surabaya, Jakarta, Serpong)
Roles & Responsibilities:
Customer Services
Office Organization:
- To handle incoming calls and walk-in enquiries;
- To screen enquiries and calls, providing information as needed;
- To assist with contacting students / parents for follow-up and appointments;
- To assist in the process of completing students’ application.
Documentation and Research:
- To maintain office tidiness, ensuring a clean and organized workspace;
- To restock and tidy bookshelves, ensuring prospectuses are readily available;
- To keep the recycling area clean and well-arranged.
Event Management:
- To assist in researching, updating and upkeeping information in various files, including scholarship, professional recognition, application forms, and institution fees;
- To perform data entry and updates.
Requirements:
- To assist in event planning, including pre-event preparations, during-event assistance, and post-event cleanup.
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferable;
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferable;
- Required Language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
- Customer service orientation and a friendly, professional demeanor;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities;
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
