Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Villa Manager Lombok TerbaruThis is a full-time Villa Manager role based in Gili Trawangan for our sister company PeraONE Villas.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervise the daily operations of the villa.
- Fully responsible for all aspects of all departments.
- Manage budgets, expenses, and inventory.
- Maintain property standards and perform regular inspections.
- Evaluate and review customer satisfaction and service recovery processes.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, health, and safety standards.
- Providing timely and constructive feedback to all direct reports as and when required either formally or informally.
- Assist in promoting the villa and support bookings through efficient marketing and guest relations strategies.
Qualification:
- Minimum 2-3 years experiences working as Villa Manager
- Willing to work under pressure, individual or team
- Willing to be placed at Gili Trawangan.
- Decision Making Abilities & Capable to lead a team
- Proficiency in English is required
- Excellent revenue management skills with experience in budgets and forecasting
- Ability to deal with queries from owners and guests, keep them informed of relevant issues and information
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rp400,000,000 - Rp675,000,000 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Lombok: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
- Villa Manager: 2 years (Preferred)
Expected Start Date: 08/19/2024
