Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Head Barista Makassar Makassar TerbaruResponsibilities
- Train and supervise the bar team, including captain, barista/bartender, barback, and cashier, ensuring consistent quality and customer service.
- Prepare and ensure high-quality coffee and other beverages are consistently produced, maintaining high standards for taste and appearance as per the recipes and procedures.
- Create a welcoming and positive atmosphere for customers, including engaging with customers and providing exceptional customer service.
- Educates customers on the products and services, including coffee and its processes, other beverages, retail products, and merchandise.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Implement new coffee-based menu items and seasonal specials.
- Ensure the team handles all beverages safely during preparation.
- Ensure team members are knowledgeable and well-trained regarding coffee, latte art, brewing methods, brewing devices, and other available products.
- Manage inventory and ordering of coffee-related supplies and equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized coffee preparation area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist the Cafe Operations Manager in scheduling work shifts regularly.
- Work with the management team to execute marketing campaigns to increase sales and drive customer traffic.
Requirements
- Proven experience as Head Barista
- Strong English skills both written and spoken.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Extensive knowledge of coffee and other beverages preparation, including brewing methods and latte art.
- Passion for coffee, with a desire to share that passion with others.
- Understanding of staff management and scheduling work shifts.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make effective decisions under pressure.
- Ability to work with flexible work shifts.
- Good understanding of useful computer programs.
- Currently living in Makassar is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rp500,000,000 - Rp700,000,000 per month
Experience:
- Head Barista: 1 year (Preferred)
