Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Digital Marketing and Communication Intern Jakarta TerbaruWe are looking for a motivated and creative Digital Marketing and Marketing Communication Marketing Intern to support our marketing team in executing strategic initiatives. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to contribute to the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns, creating compelling content, and enhancing our online and offline presence.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating engaging and compelling content as well as captions and articles for various channels, including social media, website, emails, and marketing collateral.
- Assist in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (social media, email, paid advertising, etc.).
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing initiatives and provide insights for optimization.
- Collaborate with team members to generate fresh ideas for content that aligns with our brand and resonates with our target audience.
- Work closely with the marketing team to maintain and enhance the brand identity.
- Contribute to the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Assist in monitoring campaign performance, gathering data, and providing insights for optimization.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and create compelling narratives that showcase our expertise and achievements.
- Support the planning and execution of events, trade shows, and other marketing initiatives.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including organizing files, scheduling meetings, and managing documentation.
- Performing other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Consistence participation is required
- Must be available to work on Monday through Friday (Hybrid=WFH & WFO)
- Strongly advised for university students with online or offline classes NOT to join this program
- Must be an active senior university student seeking a graduate degree in digital/marketing, communications, economics, business, or advertising as a preferred major or fresh graduate
- Having the knowledge and/or previous experience in the digital platforms is an advantage (Google Ads, Social Media Ads, Google Analytics)
- Operating tools system based on self-learning method, video and/or hands-out tutorials are provided, available in English
- Enjoy and passionate to work on content and asset management system specifically for the website (i.e core media studio)
- Passionate to create and write captions, teaser texts as well as articles
- Must have the excellent interpersonal skills to prioritize in a changing environment
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia in terms of writing and speaking
- Ability in multitasking and organizing to meet deadlines with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team player in a multinational environment
- Familiar with marketing principles is a plus
- Prior experience with Adobe InDesign and Photoshop, graphic design (existing template and new), videography, and/or photography is a plus
