About the Role
We’re hiring a motivated Outbound Sales Rep to call U.S.-based businesses, spark conversations, qualify prospects, and book appointments for our Account Executives. If you love the phone, follow-up, and hitting targets, this is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls to U.S. companies (warm & cold lists).
- Follow a proven call framework to identify needs and qualify leads.
- Set appointments and hand off qualified opportunities.
- Log every touchpoint in the CRM; maintain clean, accurate notes.
- Run short follow-up sequences (call/email/voicemail/LI).
- Hit weekly KPIs for dials, connects, and meetings booked.
What You’ll Need
- 1+ year in outbound/cold-calling, SDR, or phone-based sales.
- Clear, professional English and confident phone presence.
- Strong objection handling and closing for the appointment.
- CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Reliable internet, quiet workspace, and a USB headset.
- Able to work Eastern Time Zone
Nice to Have
- B2B experience selling services
- Familiarity with dialers/VoIP (e.g., Dialpad, Aircall, CloudTalk).
- Basic email/LinkedIn outreach skills.
