Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Business Development Batam Branch Batam TerbaruWHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Achieve individual sales targets and build an active growth pipeline in Batam area
- Develop international freight forwarding business with a priority on freehand sales development.
- Actively focus on customer visits in the field to grow business and work with sales support as back-up.
- Provide quotations to develop and offer tailor-made customer solutions of freehand sales development.
- Secure and develop business in cooperation with the international network.
- Attend conferences, campaigns, and industry events in order to find new markets and increase sales performance
Requirements
- Preferable for the candidate to reside in Batam City.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a fast paced, dynamic and multicultural MNC environment with proven work experience
- Solid understanding of product knowledge (Logistics, Supply Chain, Freight and Forwarding, Incoterms, etc.)
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Motivated self-starter with good organization skills and ability to multi-tasking
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive and handle uncertainty
- Proficient Presentation Skills and Microsoft Office
