Job Description (English Teacher | Cambridge Curriculum)
We are seeking a passionate and experienced homeschooling teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of various teaching methodologies, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to personalized education. As a homeschooling teacher, you will work closely with families to create individualized learning plans, deliver engaging lessons, and provide ongoing support to ensure academic success.
Responsibilities:
· Collaborate and develop personalized curriculum plans based on students' interests, strengths, and learning goals. Yet still following the curriculum guidelines
· Design and deliver engaging and interactive lessons across a range of subjects, incorporating diverse teaching methods and resources.
· Provide ongoing support and guidance to students and parents, including regular progress assessments, feedback sessions, and academic coaching.
· Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes critical thinking, creativity, and lifelong learning.
· Stay up-to-date on educational trends, resources, and best practices to continuously enhance the homeschooling experience for students and families.
Qualifications:
· Minimum Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (English Major).
· Previous experience in teaching, tutoring, homeschooling or personalized education settings.
· Good Knowledge of various educational philosophies, curriculum frameworks, and teaching methodologies.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students and families.
· Flexible, adaptable, and creative approach to teaching, with a passion for individualized instruction.
· Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
