We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Creator to produce high-quality video content that drives both engagement and sales for Sparks Preschool. This role will focus 70% on Ads Content and 30% on Social Media Content, ensuring all visuals align with brand tone and campaign objectives.

Job Descriptions

  • Understand and identify the type of creative and content that effectively drives sales and engagement especially Meta Ads.
  • Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photo and video content for Sparks Preschool, maintaining consistency with brand guidelines and tone.
  • Collaborate closely with the Performance Marketing & Creative Lead to develop content concepts aligned with marketing and campaign goals.
  • Create engaging, trend-relevant content by staying up-to-date with social media trends and formats.
  • Manage and organize the content library and assets, ensuring materials are easily accessible for the marketing team.

Job Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in content creation, videography, or related creative fields.
  • Experience in agency environments or creating ads-focused content is a strong plus.
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Communications, Creative Media, Design, or related fields.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative storytelling through both photo and video content.
  • Strong creative eye for composition, color, and brand aesthetics.
  • Proficiency in photo/video shooting and editing tools (e.g., Capcut, Adobe, or equivalent).
  • Good communication and collaboration skills to work with marketing and operational teams.
