Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Finance Spervisor Jakarta TerbaruManagement Trainee – B2C Sales Track
The Management Trainee – B2C Sales Track Program at VIFX is designed for individuals who aspire to build a long-term career in sales and business development. This program offers a structured and progressive learning curriculum, integrated with intensive training, hands-on practical experience, and direct mentorship from experienced professionals in the global trading and financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Participate in a structured training program covering both operational and strategic aspects of B2C Sales.
- Execute sales activities using a professional, consultative, and customer-oriented approach.
- Identify client needs and provide product recommendations aligned with clients’ profiles and preferences.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to enhance trust, satisfaction, and loyalty.
- Collaborate actively with the Sales team to develop strategies and achieve company sales targets.
- Demonstrate strong initiative, fast learning capability, and continuous commitment to personal and professional development throughout the program.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business, Management, Economics, Communication, or related fields.
- Open to fresh graduates; internship or prior experience in sales or marketing is an advantage.
- Strong interest in sales, marketing, and customer relationship management.
- Proactive, adaptable, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
- Willing to work full-time and on a Work From Office (WFO) basis in Jakarta.
