As a Sales Counter (Yamaha), you will be at the frontline of our sales operations—assisting customers, promoting products, and contributing to the achievement of our sales targets.
Requirements:
- Possess a High School Diploma (SMA) or equivalent.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Show ability to upsell and cross-sell products effectively.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and an eagerness to meet and exceed sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve customers at the counter in a professional and friendly manner.
- Provide product information, assist in purchases, and perform upselling/cross-selling.
- Monitor product stock levels and assist with restocking and inventory control.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales counter and product displays.
- Support the achievement of daily and monthly sales targets as set by management.
