Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja CPS ID-Production Manager Depok Terbaru

Position Overview: (2-3 sentences)

  • The Production Manager has full responsibility for leading and coordinating activities for production on a day to day basis and setting strategic direction for it going forward within the business environment
  • As the member of leadership team in the plant, set the BP targets of the plant and track, measure and analyze the plant KPIs for Production and ensure corrective and preventive actions are taken to achieve the BP targets.

Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities: (Top 5-8 core responsibilities)

  • Set the strategic direction and annual BP for Production function within CPS Plant aligning with CPS Corporate Centre
  • Production Execution: Lead, inspire, develop and engage a multi-skilled team of Production associates ensuring delivery of all key Production metrics.

  • Driving a Quality,. Environmental, Health and Safety culture

  • Plan the annual operating budget, effectively manage and track Production related overhead expenses and CAPEX

  • Encourage and support projects and initiatives for value creation within Production areas to drive continuous improvements, support the team to remove any obstacles

Education Requirements:

  • University Degree in Business, Food or Industrial Engineering
  • Post graduate degree (eg. MBA) is a preference

Related Work Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience as head of operations/manufacturing function and a member of manufacturing plant leadership team
  • Food/beverage processing or pharmaceutical manufacturing supply chain experience
  • Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) experience is required
  • SAP experience would be considered as an advantage
  • Demonstrate experience in managing complex projects and strategic relationships with multiple stake holders

Functional Skills: (Top 3-5 critical skills)

  • Good knowledge of Operational Excellence and Lean principles.

  • Demonstrated ability of managing cost and productivity performance across a variety of product lines from multiple sources

  • Demonstrated ability of operating at a senior level with ongoing interactions and strategic relationship with senior managers.

  • General skills will include setting and executing strategic direction, planning & organizing, negotiating, building business relationships and communicating widely

  • People management and supervisory skills
