Job Description
Reception Agent
First impressions are everything! As a Reception Agent, you will take care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure by ensuring they have a memorable experience with us.

What you will be doing:
Greet, check-in, respond to requests and settle accounts while providing exceptional service
Take initiative to add a personalized experience
Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest’s stay through up-selling
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Proficient in the English Language (verbal & written), second language is an asset
- Previous experience and knowledge of Property Manager is an asset
- Required knowledge of Windows' Office Suite
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Able to stand for long periods, at least 8 hours per shift
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
Additional Information
experience is an asset
Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
Fluency in English
additional languages are a plus
