The Management Trainee – B2C Sales Track program at VIFX is designed for individuals who aspire to build a solid career in sales and business development through a structured and accelerated learning path. Key Responsibilities
- Participate in a structured training program covering both operational and strategic aspects of B2C sales.
- Conduct direct sales activities using a professional, consultative, and customer-oriented approach.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products based on their profiles and preferences.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to foster trust and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and achieve business targets.

Qualifications
