The Management Trainee – B2C Sales Track program at VIFX is designed for individuals who aspire to build a solid career in sales and business development through a structured and accelerated learning path. Participants will undergo intensive training, hands-on field experience, and personalized mentoring from seasoned professionals in the trading and global financial services industry.
This program serves as a strategic foundation for future leaders who are passionate about driving sales performance and fostering client relationships in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in a structured training program covering both operational and strategic aspects of B2C sales.
- Conduct direct sales activities using a professional, consultative, and customer-oriented approach.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products based on their profiles and preferences.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to foster trust and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and achieve business targets.
- Demonstrate initiative, continuous learning, and leadership potential throughout the program.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, Communications, or related fields.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior internship or work experience in sales or marketing is a plus.

- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (Mandarin proficiency is an advantage).
