Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Front Office Agent Labuan Bajo TerbaruJoin our dive center as a Front Officer in the Dive Center, where you'll be the first point of contact for our guests.
Your role includes:
● Welcoming guests and providing detailed information about our trips and excursions
● Managing check-in and check-out procedures
● Handling reservations, ensuring accurate scheduling
● Preparing daily plans, including guest lists and staff assignments
● Coordinating with freelancers, rental boats, and equipment providers
● Maintaining organized records of guest forms, waivers, and payments
● Assisting with social media postings to promote our activities
The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and possesses strong communication skills. Fluency in English is essential to effectively interact with our international clientele.
