Job Description
- Review data for accuracy and consistency.
- Ensure data synchronization with dashboards and confirm accuracy.
- Manually update systems when automated synchronization is unavailable.
- Manually track inventory details like entry dates, SKUs, testing dates, and sales dates.
- Generate and report weekly and monthly sales data, Gross Merchandise Value (GMV), and account balances.
- Reconcile invoices for logistics, insurance, and freelance usage.
- Accurately record purchases in the finance system (Peakflo) and track purchases on platforms like Tokopedia and Shopee.
- Create weekly and monthly budget forecasts and realizations.
- Compare budgeted figures with actual invoices and prepare reconciliation reports.
- Oversee mobile phone testing to ensure quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members for smooth operations and accurate data reporting.
- Communicate effectively with the team to ensure operational alignment and understanding.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in operations, data management, or a similar role.Proficiency in data management and financial software (e.g., Peakflo).
Strong Excel skills; familiarity with dashboard tools is a plus.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data management and reporting.
Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to present information clearly and concisely.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
Willingness to travel, as needed/required.
Strong skills in manual data administration.
Fluency in English is preferred.
