Job Deskripsi
- To handle creative business related activities based on business plan and revenue target, especially create strong IP/ programs.
- Develop, present, and execute creative ideas/ proposals.
- Create great contents for Artists (both Music & Entertainment) from planning, implementation, and evaluation in all digital platform, include and not limited to YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Coordinate with music label team, artist management team, production team & technical team.

Deskripsi Persyaratan
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in creative field or have an experience in the digital industry will be an advantage.
- High passion and enthusiasm towards people, music, entertainment, specially digital; with strong knowledge of the behavior and trends.
- A creative person, have a wild ideas and love to play with concept and brainstorming.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and confidence to engage people at all levels.
- Have a great problem solving skills — able to mediate issues and translate it into solutions.
- Digital savvy. Good knowledge of common digital platforms; include and not limited to YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Proactive and have sense of urgency.
- Good command in Indonesia and English.
- Have a good communication skills.
- Can make professional decisions with limited information.
- Self motivated through actions and words.
