- Create and oversee collection strategies, and track progress across branches.
- Monitor the collection performance and cost efficiencies of all branches.
- Be accountable for achieving collection targets across branches.

- At least a Bachelor's Degree.
- Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role focused on Collection and Recovery within financial institutions.
- Must exhibit excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills, as well as strong mathematical abilities. Additionally, proficiency in training is essential.
- Display effective management skills, showcasing the ability to make decisions under challenging circumstances.
- Demonstrate a high level of ethical commitment and trustworthiness.
