Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships and ensure a positive and professional service experience.
- Identify clients’ needs, preferences, and objectives as the basis for providing appropriate solutions.
- Provide up-to-date information regarding market conditions and trading activities to clients.
- Deliver consultative services to help clients enhance their understanding of products and business opportunities.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term collaboration.
- Handle client inquiries, complaints, or issues in a responsive and effective manner.
- Support business development activities by maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients and investors.
- Prepare reports on client interactions and conduct regular evaluations to continuously improve service quality.
Qualifications
- Domiciled in the Jabodetabek area.
- Male or female candidates are welcome.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; D3, Bachelor’s (S1), or Master’s (S2) degree holders.
- Excellent communication skills; polite, professional, and persuasive.
- Strong networking skills and an existing relationship database are an advantage.
- Fast learner, empathetic, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a dynamic work environment.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Experience in the futures market industry is a plus.
