JOB DESCRIPTION
- Performing various operational functions within an organization in an efficient and effective manner
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve operational objectives and address challenges.
- Customer Service Officer onboarding & hiring process
- Customer Service Officer manpower allocation
- Reply to WhatsApp chats, Facebook Messenger and Instagram Direct Messages to answer any enquiries.
- Communicating with the manager on a daily basis for tasks (online).
- Must have a good attitude to reply to text messages.
- Fast response to new messages from leads.
- Storing or keying data accurately to the software system.
Requirements :
- Fluent in English & Can Speak Mandarin (verbal and written communication skills)
- Proven experience in a operations and customer service role, preferably in a supervisory or leadership position
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints with empathy and professionalism
- Familiarity with customer service software, databases, and tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
Working Arrangement
- Thursday to Monday (9am-6pm) SGT
- Remotely
- Monthly pay IDR 6.000.000
Job Type: Full-time
Experience:
- Operation Executive: 2 years (Required)
- Customer Service: 2 years (Required)
Language:
- Fluent Mandarin (Required)
