Horison Hotels, is a fast developing hotel brand in Indonesia. We are inviting talented people and offering the opportunity to grow with us. HORISON ULTIMA SEMINYAK is urgently looking for General Maintenance.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of the hotel's physical infrastructure, including Mechanical, HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, lighting, and other equipment.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from various departments and guests, addressing issues and concerns efficiently.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues, and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
- Conduct preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the longevity and optimal performance of equipment and systems.
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and installations.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent. Technical certification or vocational training in a relevant field is a plus.
- Previous experience in general maintenance or a related field, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in maintenance and repair tasks related to HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general facilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve maintenance issues effectively.
- Ability to work in a team or individual, outgoing, pleasant personality and mature.
